Found a fix, if you install it with EFI in VMware and then go to advanced settings in the android boot menu and disable Hardware Acceleration it boots normally. It says on the last line " Forcing CS_RUNTIME for entitlement: -block-devices.
I was able to access the VM two days ago before this previous update and all was well.
